Nan Istuen

Nan Istuen is a coastal neighborhood in Verduria city. The mostly residential neighborhood lies outside the city walls to the north (thus the name) of Istuen; it's one of the few areas of the city which is a thoroughgoing mixture of rich, poor, and in-between. The rich like it for the quiet coastal ambience; the poor because land is cheap outside the walls.
