Why are the flaids restricted to a single archipelago? Why have they never spread to the mainland, especially in earlier, less civilized, eras? Or had they once had a greater extent, and Flora is simply their last refuge? Nik Taylor 22:32, 16 June 2008 (PDT)

This was discussed on the board recently... the flaids don't like to live apart from other flaids, so they aren't very interested in colonization. But Almean colonization is in its early stages yet... if Verduria and Kebri start gaining great advantages from colonies (they're presently not very profitable), then the flaids might get involved.
