I have always been curious as to why the Qarau coast has always been so much less developed than the north and south coasts of Erelae. Is it because the land there is not very arable? Diseases that discourage the formation of cities? It seems that otherwise, the Qaraus would have grown to found a civilization as populous as those of Eretald or Xengiman. What gives?
