Taslelë
From Almeopedia
Taslelë [tas lɛ ˈljɛ] is a neighborhood of Verduria city. Once a separate town (since before the days of the kingdom), it is now considered a part of the city, though it retains a few legal peculiarities, such as its own cilu (police force). Perched on a hill and still a kilometer away from the main city, it has a magnificent view of the harbor, and a cooling breeze; for centuries it’s been a retreat for the upper classes. They are now joined by the commercial élite.
Etymology: ‘bay-view’
