Ulian
From Almeopedia
Ulian [u ˈli an] is one of the major towns of Šerian province in Verduria. It's located on the Svetla river in the north of the province, 40 km south of Vyat.
Ulian is a contana within the Verdurian Nobility, presently held by the Vuraney family.
King Caleon waited near Ulian for the army sent northward by Ertala— in a space chosen by him, between the river and some hills which hid his reserve— and decisively defeated it (2950), winning Šerian and setting the stage for Caleon's triumphant entrance into Žésifo.
