Vešnoa

Vešnoa is a town in Šerian. It is a trading town; a stopping place for the river trade, and a transshipment point for goods going east to Beldan or Daboral. It’s said that Vešnoans will sell their own grandmothers, but this is unlikely— Vešnoans don’t like to deal in goods they can only sell once.

Vešnoa is a contana within the Verdurian Nobility, currently held by the Uselen family.

Etymology: Probably from Meť. Vaikinea ‘big blue’.
