Zhou
From Almeopedia
Zhou beans are native to the Bekkayin coast and Omeguo. The spherical beans are about 1.5 cm wide, greenish white, and so hard that the Bekkayin people use them as projectiles, casting them from lariats or long tubes. Cooked, however, the hard shell cracks and opens by itself, and the interior becomes soft and mushy. It can be eaten that way, or added to soup, which becomes creamy and thick.
Omeguese zhou.
